Big fan of Chardonnay champagnes? Despite the fact that all of our growers are based in the heart of some of the best Pinot Noir territory around, they make some fantastic Chardonnay champagnes.
From the predominantly Pinot Noir area of the Aube, this 2007 vintage Blanc de Blancs is a rare find. Aged Chardonnay gives a wonderful warmth and depth of flavour to this champagne, with dried fruits on the nose and buttery notes on the palate. Great with smoked salmon or charcuterie.
From the Grand Cru village of Cramant, this new addition to our range showcases the importance of terroir - how chalky, minerally soils create refreshing yet distinctive champagnes. This champagne is made primarily from 2009's harvest, with a small addition of reserve wines, a signature of the house. A fine, floral nose and soft white fruits. Perfect as an aperitif.
An extremely rare gem from the heart of Champagne. 100% Pinot Blanc, this is a Blanc de Blancs like no other. Pinot Blanc is a speciality of the area around Buxeuil in Côte des Bar; a champagne pale in colour with green tints, a marriage of flavours between the body of Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay. Gained two stars (“Outstanding”) in the Guide Hachette 2011.
