Every season we seek out the best champagnes to match the foods and occasions for that time of year. So whether its the middle of summer or the deep dark Autumn/Winter months, we will have the best champagnes for you to enjoy!
For a champagne produced in the Grand Cru Côte des Blancs village of Cramant, this refined Cuvée Tradition is unusual for its predominance of black grapes. With 60% Pinot Meunier, it is complex on the nose and has flavours of deep, dark fruits and honey. A rare treat!
From the Grand Cru village of Cramant, this new addition to our range showcases the importance of terroir - how chalky, minerally soils create refreshing yet distinctive champagnes. This champagne is made primarily from 2009's harvest, with a small addition of reserve wines, a signature of the house. A fine, floral nose and soft white fruits. Perfect as an aperitif.
Named in loving tribute to the daughter of the house, Flora, Chevrolat's Cuvée Florale is an elegant, subtle champagne only produced from the finest harvests. A silky smooth blend (as always) of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal parts; a fresh nose of white fruits such as grapefruit and pear. Perfect as an aperitif. This is a limited edition Cuvée from one of our longest standing winegrowers.
